About Samantha

Samantha J Murphy is a Podcast Host, Writer, Tension Myoneural Syndrome Practitioner (IPHM accredited) NFPT/CPT certified Personal Trainer, certified NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master & licensed Massage Therapist.

Though born and raised in London, Samantha moved to the U.S.A, in 2001, making Los Angeles her home. Since then she has worked extensively in the field of Wellness, Health & Fitness and Spirituality, focusing on spiritual, emotional and physical well-being . Her experience covers life coaching, podcasting, personal training, bodywork and energy healing. Samantha’s work in health and wellness inspired her to create her hugely successful podcast The Samantha J. Murphy Show where she discusses a variety of topics about life, love and well-being to help people make positive changes in their life. 

Samantha’s written work includes writing for spiritual publications such as The Elephant Journal, penning positive affirmations and a soon to be published, fun, fiction book that she hopes many will enjoy. She is a huge fitness advocate and enjoys hiking, weight training and yoga in her spare time.

She has spent many years offering a combination of bodywork and intuitive life coaching to help people get back on track when they are lost on their personal journey and bring them back into balance. Samantha believes that a healthy and happy life is a healthy balance of mind, body, and spirit. With guidance, knowledge and a greater understanding, we can all follow our bliss and be who we are meant to be.
